The audit was conducted by TÜV Thüringen e.V., one of the leading ISO system and standard certification bodies.
The auditors noted high level of development of the quality management system (QMS) at the enterprise: the quality level of manufactured products, management involvement in management processes, interaction with customers, and well-developed mechanisms of interaction and crisis response.
During the audit, TÜV Thüringen e. V. made recommendations for further improvement of the QMS, in particular, supported the work of the NETKANIKA team on the implementation and development of ERP system functions at the enterprise.
